These techniques are the foundation of one of the company's iconic wines, Liano. A wisdom acquired as a self-taught individual with one goal: to make Sangiovese a great wine, with a focus on sustainable viticulture. A history passed down through dreams and passion, a love for the land and care for its fruits, from the founder, Umberto Cesari, a determined man and a strong believer in the endless potential of the wines of Emilia Romagna, to the people who, over time, with their work, have built and helped the company grow.
